We’re here to help! Your options depend on whether you are a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) customer or if you own the hardware outright:
Option 1: HaaS Customers
If you are a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) customer, resolving your issue is quick and simple:
Let us know the details of the issue.
We will arrange for your current CUBE to be shipped to us.
A replacement CUBE will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Option 2: Customers Who Own the Hardware
If you own the hardware, follow these steps:
Ship the damaged CUBE to us as instructed by the support team in the RMA instructions.
Once we receive your CUBE, we will go through an in-depth troubleshooting process. If the CUBE requires repair, you will have the option to purchase a new replacement at 50% off the regular price.
Please note: If we determine that the CUBE has been modified, including our stickers being removed from the CUBE, we reserve the right to deny repair.
