CUBE Replacement Process

Are you having problems with your CUBE hardware? Want to know your options for resolving the issue?
We’re here to help! Your options depend on whether you are a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) customer or if you own the hardware outright:

Option 1: HaaS Customers
If you are a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) customer, resolving your issue is quick and simple:

Open a support ticket by emailing support@cubemc.com.
Let us know the details of the issue.
We will arrange for your current CUBE to be shipped to us.
A replacement CUBE will be sent to you as soon as possible.


Option 2: Customers Who Own the Hardware
If you own the hardware, follow these steps:

Open a ticket by emailing support@cubemc.com, and we'll get an RMA set up.
Ship the damaged CUBE to us as instructed by the support team in the RMA instructions.
Once we receive your CUBE, we will go through an in-depth troubleshooting process. If the CUBE requires repair, you will have the option to purchase a new replacement at 50% off the regular price.


Please note: If we determine that the CUBE has been modified, including our stickers being removed from the CUBE, we reserve the right to deny repair.
